We use ELISA technique to evaluate either the presence of antigen or the presence of antibody in a sample. ELISA is one of the useful tools for determining serum antibody concentrations. Using this technique, we can detect potential Food AllergenTesting Service such as milk, peanuts, walnuts, almonds and eggs. We also use this tool to detect certain classes of drugs in the food. We analyze total aflatoxins, vitamins, folic acid, antiserum and imunoglobin from different matrices by ELISA reader.
