Surrati group company is a Saudi Arabia leading company created in 2007 as a new division in Food Ingredients for food emulsifiers, in this new project we join 10 years of expertise and its derivatives to 15 years of oleochemicals know-how applied to the field of food emulsions. Surrati group is also in the field of production, development, and application of emulsifiers. It is the experience of the chemist and the knowledge of the system that will decide which kind of emulsifier or mixture of emulsifiers will be the best option to achieve a stable emulsion. The use of compounds designed for every single food system is one of our most important jobs working in close collaboration with the customer.
