The Riteroll is designed to manufacture coreless rolls bags and vacuum rolls made with embossed, ribbed or plain vacuum films. The full electronic integrated control with touch screen interface is easy to operate and fail proof.

The sealing station motion is controlled by independent digital servo drive which provide high quality sealing at highest web linear speed. The servo driven turret provide endless rolls width combinations. Thanks to its modular construction the Riteroll can be adapted to all Waterline Ritebag or third party pouch making machines.
