Magal Tech, is a manufacturer of specialized Engine Components viz. Connecting Rods, Thermostats, Exhaust Manifolds, Cables, Press Parts, Sheet Metal Parts etc and also other Automotive Parts like Jacks & Other Industrial Components.
Magal Tech has a sophisticated Manufacturing plant at Chennai, using cutting edge technologies with high precision machining system viz. flexible manufacturing systems and state of the Art Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Transfer Lines for Machining , Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) coupled with modern & precision equipment for carrying out stringent quality checks that meets accuracy, testing parameters & validation facilities of International Standards.
In addition to this, we have a well-established Design & Development Capability with design softwares, World Class Production Processes, Product Testing and Validation facility.
Magal also supply Thermostats & Con Rods for Industrial Engine Applications like Power Generation, Marine & Construction Equipment engines which is testimony to our manufacturing strength.and the constant drive for innovation in new applications.
Looking at the customers need and as a part of Magal Engineering expansion plans and in order to move up in the value chain, we are planning to manufacture precision engineering components that will cater to various industrial verticals from Automotive, Oil & Gas, Railways, Engineering Industry, Construction Equipment aggregates, Power Sector, to Aerospace Industries.
