Sri Raghavendra Industries has signed an MOU with a forging unit consists of a forge shop, machine shop and heat treatment shop with all the requisite machines and latest technology. In this unit the entire process of producing a world-class product range of Ferrous and Non Ferrous Forged Components is carried out. Our team members are responsible for monitoring and upgrading the forging unit. This practice has ensured a smooth and uninterrupted production process. Furthermore, the manufacturing unit is facilitated with all the necessities for developing bulk products in a short span of time. Sri Raghavendra Industries is supplying to general engineering, automobile, defence and pump industry. In addition to manufacturing the above mentioned products, we hold expertise in providing heat treatment and CNC machining to attain 100% customer satisfaction.

Hot Forging Capacity:

• 1 ton hammer capacity=component weight from 0.5kg to 8 kg[closed die forging]

• 1.5 ton hammer capacity = component weight from 2kg upto 25kg[closed die forging]

• Open forging capacity = component weight from 10kg to 70 kg

Cold Forging Capacity:

• Single Die Heading Machines

• Size range : 3 – 10mm upto 250mm long

• Flat Die Thread Rolling Machines

• Size range : 3 – 12mm upto 100mm long
