Loaded with 20 CNC Turning and VMC machining centers, we produce the finest quality of low carbon hot forged BACK PLATES / T-YOKES / U-YOKES and FRONT PLATES. These forgings are then checked with precise measuring equipments such as CMM, Profile projector, air pressure gages to ensure the parts satisfy OEM requirements. Further surface treatment processes like ED Coating, Zinc plating, and chrome plating is also done on machined parts so they can be used in all outdoor and indoor application as required.
