Brief Description:
Forming and sizing mill serves to roll steel strips of different size into corresponding pipe.
 
Pipe edges are heated into the welding temperature quickly through the heating of high frequency induction or contact, and the welding is completed with the help of squeezing rollers. Then, the straight slit pipes with needed specifications are manufactured after cooling, sizing and straightening.
 
The machines are mainly composed of molding section, welding section, sizing section, drive system and electrical system, etc.
