Four Slide Stamping

At the Plymouth Spring Company, Inc., a big part of what makes us an industry leader is our outstanding fourslide stamping service. Fourslide stamping is a unique process that combines forming and stamping all in one machine. Our fourslide stamping can produce up to 10,000 pieces per hour all while holding tolerances of ±.003″. We take your brass, copper, bronze and steel and manufacture cost-effective and high-quality components for your lighting fixtures, appliances, battery contacts and power tools.
We operate a state of the art facility that is equipped to accommodate any size production requirement–from a single piece to multi-year contract manufacturing including millions of finished parts. A key factor in our success is that we have complete control over production, including tooling that is designed and fabricated in-house. All tooling is produced by our staff of highly skilled toolmakers using CADCAM software and utilizing our state-of-the-art HAAS CNC milling machine.
