Fourslide Stamping

The dental clip highlighted here is manufactured using our precision fourslide and stamping capabilities. This product requires intricate tool and die work to not only provide the forming of the part but also features a die that stamps the customer's name, country of origin, and material type on every single part formed on our machine. The final bends are completed in our extremely versatile secondary department utilizing specialty tools specifically built for this job to maintain the tight gap and print tolerance requirements.
This part is a composed of 17-7 PH Condition A (annealed) stainless steel, slit edged flat stock in accordance with AMS standard 5528 that requires outsourced heat treatment to attain Condition C (spring tempered) after forming and then sent out for electro polishing.
