FPLF Series Linear Pneumatic Piston Vibrators

FPLF SERIES Pneumatic Piston Vibrators DO NOT REQUIRE LUBRICATION, thanks to a corrosion-resistant hard coated aluminum body, and specially treated piston. They are explosion-proof, lightweight, compact, durable, efficient, and quiet.
The FPLF Series is comprised of fifteen models, with forces from 4.8 pounds to 980 pounds, and frequencies from 1,800 to 11,500 VPM, depending on the model and air pressure supplied. They can be mounted in any position, and amplitude and frequency are infinitely adjustable by varying the air pressure. The piston is air cushioned, and a unique exhaust system absorbs noise for quiet operation.
The power to weight ratio of these units makes them particularly efficient in feeder applications. They are also well-suited for use with VTC Vacuum Mounting Systems, in applications where permanent mounting is impossible or undesirable.
