Frame Press

The Machine is suitable for assembling of the different components to make the doors drawers and car cases etc.
The Machine is so designed that it gives great effectiveness assuring the perfect assembling of the frames with support frame with squaring perfectly orthogonal. The sub- vertical disposition of the support frame cross members and possible to position the wooden elements without a pre- setting at the bench.
The sequence of operation is as follows:
a) Vertical pistons coming out for frame pressing.
b) 10mm approx. reversal of vertical pistons and horizontal pistons coming out for frame squaring.
c) 10mm approx. reversal of Horizontal Pistons.
d) Pressing phase with pre- selected duration to allow frame viveral.
e) All pistons reversal with machine ready to start a new cycle.
