• A - Frame of M.S. Structure of 4"x2" (100 x 50 mm) channel with two fixed wheels of 12"x3" (305 x 76.2 mm), no locking bar, two legs resting on the floor, pin provision for batch towing operation.
• M.S. batching roll with through shaft for 2000 mm roller width
• SS 304 quality cladding on the batching roller
• Independent geared motor drive to batching roller as per speed requirement, with guard.
• Provision of mounting bracket for motor drive and / or suitable adaptor for batch rotation station.
• Provision of a coupling to connect a hydraulic drive
• Hydraulic power pack, with hydraulic motor
• UCP 21 0 pedestal with bearing or tilting bearings
• Oversize batching rollers for high load carrying capacity
