APPLICATIONS OF FREEZE DRIER LYPHOLIZER
Tanco Freezer Drier is used for pro-reservation of different biological samples such as Blood plasma, Vitamins, harmonize, Anti-biotic plants, Food products & their cellular structure without damaging their cells.
Sensitive biological materials may be freeze-dried without affecting their potency and can be stored at room temp. without losing their original properties & easy for transporation.
Bacterial growth and enzyme action do not take place in freeze-dried products and proteins do not coagulate.
Oxidation of many materials are prevented when drying and sealing is done under high vacuum.
SALIENT FEATURES & CONSTRUCTION OF FREEZE DRIER LYPHOLIZER
Whole unit is mounted on steel frame, fixed with casters. Complete with Perspex see through lid, consisting of cooling condenser, Vacuum Drum, sample pots Vacuum pump with measurement whole unit is mounted in steel cabinet.
Temperature range up to minus 40?C (at ambient temp. of 200C) controlled by Microprocessor Based Digital Temperature Controller for measurement of Temp. & Electronic Digital Vacuum Indicator cum controller.
Cooling is done by hermetically sealed compressor (CFC FREE) and vacuum by with 100 ltrs/min direct motor drive rotary vane type vacuum pump of double stage with Air ballast having ultimate vacuum of 1 x 10-3 tore on pump head
Vacuum Drum has 6 or 12 port manifold
Main drying chamber is made of stainless steel non-magnetic grade with Perspex top cover.
Workable on Single Phase 220 / 230 volts A.C. supply.
