Freezing Microtome is used for cutting thin to semi-thin sections of fresh, frozen tissue and semi-thin sections The Microtome is equipped with a stage upon which tissue can be quickly frozen using either liquid carbon dioxide, from a cylinder, or a low temperature re-circulating coolant. Some cooling systems also allow the knife to be cooled at the same time. The cooling system allows the block to be cooled with the help of CO2.. Freezing stage : 35 mm dia Feed range: 5-40 micron, total feed excursion : 25 mm Accessories as in M-52 5 micron step complete.
