These units have been designed for the special purpose of lifts where silence & smoothness are required. Sleeve bearings used on worm shaft with angular contact ball bearings being used take thrust. Sleeve bearings are provided on wheel shaft for maximum load carrying capacity. Oil seals are provided in gear boxes. All gears have limited backlash for lift operation. Special care is taken for oil circulation so that ample quantity of oil reaches all sleeve bearings imparting longer life.
