Our Lemon Powder is manufactured from spray-dried pure lemon juice, which is high in calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, vitamin A, and vitamin C. Lemon powder is a fantastic source of antioxidants and vitamin C. Lemon powder enhances recipes with the fresh, tangy flavour of lemons. Excellent for baking and cooking, lemon powder. Handling/Storage:

• – Store in cool, dry, clean environment, free from foreign odor and out of direct heat/sun light not below 10° C (recommended 20-25° C, to maintain the product in free flowcondition).
• – It is not advised to expose the product to air at prolonged periods as this may result in hardening of Lemon Powder as the product is highly hydroscopic.
• – Reseal the package tightly when the product is not completely used up.
