This company was established in 1973 and produces a range of Friction parts, clutch packs and synchronizers for Automotive and Off Highway applications.

They have achieved a state of the art system of mass production and quality control. The main features are highly automated and efficient production lines with a strong R&D centre attached to the plant.

Dynax's products are used in heavy duty vehicles, Clutches for transmission, Friction Plates and Reaction plates for wet type brakes used for Fork Lifts, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Dump Trucks, Motor Graders, Dozers, Agricultural Tractors and large Buses

Friction Plates : Wet type clutches for automatic transmissions, transfers for four wheel drive vehicles and motorcycles.

Reaction Plates : Simultaneously transfers driving force and absorbs heat generated by friction.

Clutch Pack Assemblies : Friction plates and reaction plates- the entire function of friction is guaranteed with the design considering possible impact to each surrounding part to be loaded

Background of Organisation and nature of business:
Metters was started on 1st April 1977 to meet the needs of the construction, earth moving and mining machinery industries as well as for export of products from India. Business is split and handled by Metters International and Metters Private Limited,both located in the same office.
