split sets rock bolt is used together with dome plate and net for reliable ground support in mines, tunnels, slopes, or wherever .
1.features :
(1)split sets bolt is made from high strength steel tube that is a slotted steel tube, with one end tapered tip for easy insertion into a drill hole. The other end has a welded ring for holding the bearing plate. A ring, or collar, is welded on the outer end to hold a domed plate to the rock surface.
(2)the bolt is inserted into a hole slightly ,the diameter of hole is smaller than the tube. When drive the rock bolt into the hole, the tube of bolt is compressed and the slot is partially closed ,that make the strata and the bolt be a whole body,.all strain of bolt wiill support to the strata tightly. When surrounding rock is shaked by explosion, anchor capacity increasesed higher and supporting effect is perfect.
(3) fast and easy installation with hand held or mechanized equipment .
(4) be used in a variety of ground conditions for immediate ground support, but is not suitable for very soft strata and permanent support.
(5)provide support in radial and axial direction .
