Frl unit

Our FRL units come with modular construction and ease of both assembly and disassembly. MIDI and BIG series are equipped with standard supply metal guards to polycarbonate bowl. Convenient PUSH-IN TURN Bowl-Guard design is offered for MIDI and BIG series. Threaded polycarbonate Bowl without Bowl guard is available for MINI series.

• Manual condensate drain is present as standard. Optional condensate drain units are available in semi-auto (optional), Auto
• Drain (optional with additional cost) only for MIDI and BIG series.
• Filtering grade is 5µ.
• Pressure regulator comes with push-in to lock mechanism  and non-rising stem
• Range for pressure setting is 0.5-8.5 kg/cm^₃
• Max. Service pressure 9.5 kg/cm3 and temperature is 60^_oC
• Condensate holding capacity for MINI is 15cc, for MIDI is 60cc, and for BIG is 100cc
• Lubricator Bowl capacity for MINI is 25cc, for MIDI is 90cc, and for BIG is 1600cc
• Recommended grade for lubricating oil is ISO-VG32 or equivalent
• Presence of graduated lubrication control knob for metered flow, within one revolution. provides easy and accurately adjusted lubricating oil flow as per requirement
• Combination units, regulator units, filter-regulator, are fitted with pressure gauges

Flow features :

• 625 LPM at the rate of 6 Bar for MINI
• 1400 LPM at the rate of 6 Bar for MIDI
• 3100 LPM at the rate of 6 Bar BIG

Construction material :

• Housings are made of aluminium die casting
• Transparent polycarbonate comes with steel metal bowl guard
• Seals are made of NBR and pressure adjusting knobs in POM
