Our frozen coconut is produced from carefully selected mature coconuts grown in Vietnam’s fertile Mekong Delta region, where the tropical climate and rich soil provide ideal conditions for coconut farming. Each fruit is harvested at the right maturity stage to ensure the best flavor, aroma, and natural sweetness before being processed into frozen form.

The production process of our frozen coconut is designed to preserve its natural quality and ensure consistent taste. After being harvested, the coconuts are cleaned, peeled, and the flesh is separated from the shell. The coconut flesh is then washed, cut into specific shapes such as chunks, slices, or grated form, depending on customer requirements. Finally, the pieces are quickly frozen using advanced IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology. This method locks in the freshness, maintains the natural white color of the coconut meat, and prevents clumping, making it easy to use directly after defrosting.
