The fruits are ripened, sorted, washed, de cored, and peeled .Then it is hand cut in the form of chunks or dices using dicer. The chunks or dices are cleansed, dewatered and transferred to the IQF. The IQF chunks or dices are put through a sieve, inspected and packed. The packed cartons are passed through metal detectors and stored at -18°C.
