Frozen pomegranate

Pomegranate contains of juicy gem like seeds on the inside, which are a rich source of dietary fibre and polyphenolic compounds (elevate antioxidant activity of the body). It also contains vitamins K, vitamin C and folate.

Swadhika foods exports frozen IQF pomegranate arils. Ripened Pomegranates are sorted, washed and graded. The arils are removed from the fruit. These arils are cleaned, dewatered and frozen using IQF, designed to halt microbial activities that can cause deterioration of food. The IQF arils are put through a sieve, inspected and packed. The packed cartons are passed through metal detectors and stored at -18°C.
