Watermelon, is a fruit well known for its sweet taste and juiciness. It is an excellent source of vitamins A, C, a moderate level of vitamin B6, minerals and antioxidants.

Swadhika foods exports premium quality frozen IQF watermelon in the form of Balls/Dices/Chunks and it is produced through the following process under hygienic condition. Premium quality ripened fruits are sorted, washed, peeled and made into balls by scooping or hand cut in the form of chunks. The balls or chunks are cleansed, dewatered and frozen using IQF. The IQF balls or chunks are put through a sieve, inspected and packed. The packed cartons are fed through a metal detector and stored at -18°C.
