Frozen whole halal chicken

We offer grade-A whole HALAL chickens in bulk. The chickens’ giblets, head, neck and feet have been removed. The chickens are freshly frozen and originate from Brazil. They are raised without the use of genetically engineered grains, antibiotics, hormones or any other growth promoting drugs. The hens are calibrated, meaning that they are produced and supplied within a specified weight range. The whole chickens can also be supplied Halal upon request.

• No broken bones
• Outer yellow skin off
• Well cleaned and fresh
• No bruises
• No black pads or ammonia burns
• No bad smells
• No excessive blood or blood stains
• Moisture content is 1%
• Origins - Brazil

Chicken weight range from (1000-1500) grams and categorized into the following five classes :

• 1000 – 1100 grams
• 1101 – 1200 grams
• 1201 – 1300 grams
• 1301 – 1400 grams
• 1401 – 1500 grams
• Packaging - Polybag in Carton

Carton Dimensions (LxWxH) :

• 600 x 400 x 110 mm for 900 – 1500 g chickens
• 600 x 400 x 130 mm for 1600 – 2200 g chickens

• Certification - HALAL, ISO 9001:2008, FSSC 22000:2010
• Storage conditions - -18 C and lower
• Shelf life  - 12 months.
• B. Each chicken is fully packed in nylon like polyethylene which do not effect meat flavor or odor.
• Packing material is transparent which can show chicken or parts of it. Chickens are kept in cartoon boxes of reasonable thickness to stand handing and wrapped in nylon outer cover.
• Packing  - In individual pp bags and packed 10 in boxes of 15kg each.
