Our company has qualified technocrats and relevant infrastructures for fabrication and Rubber Lining of Storage tanks, Pressure Vessels, Rectors, Ducts, Separators, Saturators, Clarifiers, Agitators, Crystallizes, Cell Components, Pipes & Fittings, Pulleys, Rollers, Rocker arms, valves and Road Tankers including special Rubber Products like Expansion Bellows, Hoses, Ebonite spacers, Ebonite brine filter parts, gaskets, Molded goods & all extrusion products. We are also undertaking FRP Lining work.
We have installed all the necessary Machineries and Equipments with latest technologies at our factory. Our unit is led by our Managing Director and Technical executive who are well qualified and experienced in the relevant field of fabrication and Rubber Lining. All our Technical staff and the Lining technicians are well versed with the technical aspect / concept of the Rubber Lining. With this background we can provide very good quality of Anti-corrosive and Anti abrasive rubber lining as per the latest code in practices BS- 6374 part V and IS -4682, Part I.
We are carrying out Rubber lining Jobs at client’s site; with cold Vulcanizing process (or) Hot Vulcanizing process as per the service conditions usage and we are having well experienced Engineers and Technicians to handle works perfectly. Presently we are getting regular Site Rubber Lining orders from imperative customers.
We wish to inform you; very soon we are going to establish a well-equipped laboratory with complete facilities of chemical and physical testing machineries. This will manage by a highly experienced Rubber Technologist to monitor the day-to-day developments and to carry out in plant research study. Also we have a quality assurance / control Department independently with highly qualified and experienced Engineers to ensure the quality of our products as per the standards and clients requirement.
Rubber Lining the same by Natural Rubber and Various Synthetic Rubbers like Neoprene, Butyl, Hypalon, SBR, EPDM, Nitrile etc., guided by BS 6374 Part-IV, IS 4682 PART – I and CP 3003 or equivalent codes. The testing will be carried out as per the ASTM standard.
Our annual Rubber Lining capacity is more than 25,000 Sq. Mtrs and 300 Tons of Fabrication.
