FRP Vessels

This product is shaped by winding on thermoplastic liners with composite material, which contains epoxy resin and fiber glass.
Compared to steel vessels with the same specifications, our FRP vessels featured high strength, light weight, excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
Feature and Applications:

1. Computer-aided winding machines and one line production.

2. Broad range of vessel sizes up to 60" diameter with 96" height, capacities and operating pressure, top and bottom opening are available.

3. We provide bases for tanks above 15" diameter in tripod style, diameter of tanks below 15" are affiliated with standard ones (circular).

4. All pressure vessels are 100% corrosion resistance. Inner shells are made in PE or FRP.

5. Reinforced composites are only one-third the weight of steel tanks. Strengths are directly comparable to steel. All kinds of strict performance test show that composite vessels offer significantly better performance that lined steel.

6. Save cost for installation and handling. There is no need for painting, lining or epoxy coating inside the tank.

7. 150,000 times of cycle test from 10psi to 150psi withstanding pressure. A qualification burst test for its rated operating pressure.

8. Water distributors like top and bottom lateral distributors and control valves are also available.
