Description of the components of Fuel Oil Ignition System

• Oil gun : Oil gun typically adopts two modes of atomizing i.e. mechanical atomizing and media atomizing. We provide different condition and structure of standard oil gun or flexible oil gun catering to light oil, heavy oil, residual oil, steam oil, air etc. as per fuel data and boiler style provided by the customer.      
• Actuator mechanism : Actuator mechanism comprises oil gun, oil gun actuator, oil gun guide tube, flame stabilizer and spark rod actuator. Actuators for oil gun and spark rod can be jointly installed or separately supplies. They can be actuated with motor or cylinder.
• Flames detecting unit : Flame scanner system is the essential equipment of automatic control system for furnace safety supervisory. Flame scanners may be grouped into five types of ionization visible light, UV, IR and digitalized as per different condition and spectral characteristics. Each flames scanner consists of flames detector and signal processor.
• Fuel oil system oil : This fuel oil system comprises shutoff valve, stainer flow instrument, pressure control valve, flow control valve, safety fast shutoff valve, pressure switch, pressure transmitter, pressure gauge etc. XCC may integrate each valve instrument into valve instrument group and which is subject to strict test and inspection before delivery. It can be also supplied separately and assembled at site.      
• Flame scanner cooling air system : This system comprises cooling air fan, switch damper and control cabinet.    
• Local control cabinet : Burner control system is the important and necessary equipment for whole system. XCC designed burner control system applies to various burner and ignition unit, burner may adopt electric contact logic control cabinet or plc or transmitting control cabinet to transmit signals for local equipment to DCS.
