Characteristics
1.this is an automatic wire cutting machine that carries out wire size cutting,two-end stripping,single-end stripping and semi-stripping at high speed.
2.it uses servomotor to control such operations as wire cutting and stripping,to get more accurate cutting length.
3.the length change,full stripping and semi stripping are set by keystroke,it is easy and quick.
4.conversion of stripping length and cutting depth adopts fine tuning and regulating mode,it is easy and quick.
5.the speed can be divided into five segments that can be set according to the wire specification,both thick wires and thin wires can be processed stably.
6.each inspection standard includes display functions about low air pressure,cylinder locking,exceptional motor conditon,consistent counting and so on, and automatically shutting down the machine when there is exceptional condition,displaying the inspected conditions on the man-machine interface for conveniently and rapidly eliminating the fault and reducing the shutdown time.
7.with advantages of less regulating technicality,less pressing wire,shorter regulating time,more convenient operation.
8.it can be equipped with wire separating machine to finish the wire separation,cutting and stripping operations of wire arrangement,to improve the production efficiency.
