Full Bore Gate Valve

The Valves are available in different pressure ranging from ANSI class 150 to class 2500 (PN 20 to PN 420), sizes from 2” to 24” (50 mm to 600 mm) with either Flange ends or Butt-weld ends.Operation of these Valves can be Manual, Geared or Motor Actuated.

The seats have non-metallic insert, which serve as wiper to keep the gate face free from solid. The sealing is not affected by pressure variation or vibration.

Parallel expanding gate design can be provided for mechanical seal between seat and gate ensuring valve integrity at both high and low line pressure, which allows the body cavity to be bleed in close position.

FULL FLOW
Full Round Bore (Through Conduit) design allows the fluid to flow through the valve smoothly without causing turbulence and minimize pressure drop. The absence of surface cavity eliminates accumulation foreign matter and allows passage of tools through the valve.

PROTECTION AND LONG LIFE SEATS:
Seat is fully protected from blow, in both open and close position and also because of their large seating area they give exceptionally long service life.

ONLINE REPAIR ABILITY
Online replacement of seal and seat is possible, the valves can also be repacked while under pressure.

BLOCK AND BLEED
The slab gate design utilizes two floating seats, which are pressure energized, moving the upstream seat in contact with the Gate and subsequent application of line pressure to the Valve bring about a tight and complete seal with both upstream and downstream. This two way seal is ideal for Block and Bleed.
