It contains 4% or less moisture and 1.5% or less milkfat. Skimmed milk powder is commonly used in the manufacturing of: cheeses, frozen desserts, margarine, soups, puddings, cultured products, beverages, recombined milk, dry mixes and confections.

full cream milk powder is white to light cream in color with a clean, pleasing taste. Full cream milk powder is obtained by removing water from pasteurized, homogenized or non-homogenized milk. It contains 26-28% milk fat and not more than 4% moisture. Vitamin a andor d fortification and instanization is an acceptable option.
