Fully Auto Screw Capping Machine About 700 to 1000 Nos. caps required for single dosing in hopper. Then delivery of cap will be automatically through cap delivery chute. Running bottle takes the cap from chute and indexing star wheel with Geneva Mechanism takes the bottle to the centre of the head. Clockwise moving star wheel brings the sealed bottle out then next operation takes place.
