Brick moulds available in standard size – 230 x 105 x 75 mm & 230mm x 200mm x 100mm ( 9 inches x 8 inches x 4 inches)

There are 3 types of units at present we manufacture for FLY ASH BRICK MAKING:

1. Fully Automatic Machine With Basic Setup:

Comprises 1 Pan Mixture or one arm & roller mixture, 28 FT Raw Material Conveyor, Hydraulic Power Press with Auto Brick out Conveyor fitted with Gear Box. The Control Panel is PLC type with touch screen for easy operation.

2. Fully Automatic Machine With Semi-Automatic Setup :

Comprises 2 Pan Mixture or one one arm & roller mixture, 28 FT Raw material Conveyor, Hydraulic Power Press with Auto Brick out Conveyor fitted with Gear Box. Brick is lifted from Brick out conveyor and is stocked in Pallets by a unique Auto Stacking Machine( First Time in India – Will reduce 6 to 10 labors per shift).

The auto stacker machine will keep the exact shape of the brick without any human damage to the bricks. The Control Panel is PLC type with touch screen for easy operation with a options available for fully automatic units.
