• Special Feature : Blade: Hard Chrome plated steel blade with replaceable harden alloy steel blade which is mounted right angle with Hyd. cylinder & guided with replaceable strip.

• Bale Movement : 4 wheeled trolley attached with Hyd. cylinder to push a rubber bale as per required length of rubber.
• Hyd. Pumping Unit : 3 HP motorized unit with oil tank without oil, level indicated, Hyd. Pump, suction strainer R- 2 Hoses, piping â��all the piping is in single piece seamless pipe with heavy duty Hyd. fittings , Glycerin filled S.S body pressure gauge, manifold block with check vale, Solenoid optd. D.C.V. delivers Hyd. power on push button command & stop / start at signal from proxy switches.
• Electrical Controls : Panel is mounted on power pack unit within the easy reach of the operator. A selector switch offers manual / auto cycle operations to suit any type of bale cutting requirements maximum cutting efficiency is achieved In auto cycle in which operator has to put only rubber bale on table beyond the trolley.
• Hyd. Optd. : Trolley push up the rubber bale which travels as per pulse count by the PLC & the blade slices the bale as per the set pressure which is continuous process and after completion of the bale trolley will automatically come to the home position. All the commands for stop/ alert (start) signal from proxy switch and pressure switch.
