Key features

Reliable and robust strapping head: Robust mechanism design and high engineering standard ensure long product life. It uses two proximity switches to replace conventional limit switches.

Electronic tension control: You can adjust the tension of the tape simply by turning the knob on the dial.

Automatic tape ejector: The strapper automatically ejects the tape into the loop if the strapper is accidentally activated without packaged goods. Eliminates downtime.

Automatic tape unwinder: Insert the tape into the wheels of the unwinder as shown in the illustration. The strapper then automatically rewinds the strap without further assistance.

Tape unwind sensor: The sensor detects if the tape is in the correct position. If not, the start switch will not be activated.

Automatic unwinding of the missing tape: The strapping machine automatically unwinds the binding tape if this occurs.

Tape end ejector: Ejects the end of the tape. This prepares the strapper for the next operation.

Cycle start methods: The strapper can be put into operation by several methods, such as the foot switch, the start switch and the eye photo switch.

The strapping machine has a frame made of stainless steel SUS 304 (TP-601DS).
