Contact SupplierUltrasonic welding is a high-tech technology for bonding thermoplastic products. All kinds of thermoplastic components can be processed by ultrasonic welding without the need for solvents, adhesives or other auxiliary materials. Its advantages include doubling the production rate, reducing costs, improving product quality and ensuring safety.
The principle of ultrasonic plastic welding is as follows: The generator generates a 20KHZ high-voltage and high-frequency signal. Through the transducer system, this signal is converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration, which is applied to the plastic workpiece. Due to the friction between the surface and internal molecules of the workpiece, the temperature at the interface increases. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the workpiece itself, the interface of the workpiece melts rapidly and fills the gaps between the interfaces. When the vibration stops, the workpiece is simultaneously cooled and shaped under a certain pressure, thus achieving the welding effect.
