Galangal Root

Galangal Root is obtained from the Alpinia galangal and the root consist of branched rhizome. Galangal Root is hard, tough and difficult to break but contains a volatile oil that has cineol, methyl cinnamate and galangol. It is mainly used as a stimulant or carminative as well as in perfumes. We offer two varieties of Galangal Root, namely Galangal Roots Whole and Galangal Roots Chips.
