Galvanizing Bath Electrodes

Formulated for welding and repair of structural steel parts exposed to molten zinc in galvanizing tanks. Provides excellent resistance to corrosion, zinc attack, and high operating temperatures. Special alloy composition ensures durability and dimensional stability in thermal cycling. Suitable for welding mild steel, low alloy steel, and specific cast components used in galvanizing operations. Produces a stable arc with low spatter and smooth bead finish. Operates with DC+ current, and in some cases, AC depending on electrode grade. Delivers crack-resistant weld deposits that maintain integrity in aggressive environments. Recommended for applications such as kettle support frames, jigs, fixtures, suspension structures, and bath lining repairs. Available in standard diameters such as 3.15 mm and 4.0 mm. Supplied in moisture-resistant packaging to preserve performance during storage.
