Galvanizing Flux

BBC - 22 comes in solid form. This is specially formulated acidic degreasing with special sequestering agent, surfactants along with the strong wetting agent together with the alkaline material. It ensures complete removal of rust, oil and fat deposits on the steel surface, which is to be treated or processed. BBC - 22 also removes mineral oils and grease to give a good finish to metal sheets. It is highly soluble in water at all proportion without any toxic fumes or smell. It contains special additives, which suppress foaming. An anti-redeposit iron chemical ensures that the emulsified fats and oil do not get re-deposited on the treated surface again.
