Gantry Crane, Material : Mild Steel

Our Gantry Crane has rugged design and provides high performance. The Gantry Crane range is engineered with precision and has flawless design. These machines are used for handling overhead materials when the existing columns do not have overhead brackets to support gantry with rails and in situations where there are open areas where columns cannot be accommodated. The top main girder is mounted on two A shape columns which rest on wheel mounted end carriages. The Main Girder is designed as per the class, the frequency of operation and the duty cycle. The girder could be RSJ type, truss type or plate box type for single girder. For heavy duty applications, double girder box construction design is employed and a suitable track is provided on the top of the girders for travel of crab wheels.

• Sturdy cylindrical or conical rotor pole-changing motors with elegant continuous cast aluminium sections, integrated safety brakes insulation class F, IP54 protection
• Modular design Electrical Panels has vast operating range. They are designed for easy installation and maintenance and reliability, with ducted wiring, fuse less circuitry and non-screwed terminals. Each drive group has a motor overload protection device to provide efficient protection against inadmissible overloading
• Accurate flat helical or spur gear units in light alloy housings with case-hardened gears, high-grade surface treatment and permanent oil or grease lubrication
• Single or Dual-disc electromagnetic DC brakes has automatic braking on power failure. Environmentally sound brake linings designed for approx. 1 million braking operations offer long maintenance intervals
• Every component and part is efficiently scrubbed and painted with two coats of primer before assembly and two coats of synthetic enamel after testing
