Gantry Ladder For Dome & Bridges

Gantary Ladder:

The gantry ladder is made steel hollow section construction covered with aluminum Checkered plate. The width of the ladder is 600mm and required height to cover the glass area. The safe working load on the ladder is 100 kgs. The ladder will have electrical control panel for operation of the system by operator at one ends.

Mono Rail Track

Mono rail tracks are fitted from the suspended through building steel structure of the building. Tracks are supported with steel brackets, which are anchored to steel structure provided by main contractor. The profile of monorail track is contoured to suit the traversing trolley on which the Gantry Ladder is suspended. The track is positioned 300mm away from the facade to be cleaned. The brackets for Monorail are installed at every 1.5 M with special steel C profile.

Guide Rail

The guide railing for gantry ladder will be of galvanized steel pipe which will be anchored to the middle steel column of the elevation along the gantry ladder traversing path to guide the gantry ladder in the pre determined routing for access to the required elevations of the building.

Stainless Steel Bottom Rail

The bottom rail for the gantry ladder will be of stainless pipe which will be anchored to the slab concrete floor along the gantry ladder traversing path to guide the gantry ladder in the pre determined routing for access to the required elevations of the building. The rail is positioned 300mm away from the facade to be cleaned. The stainless steel brackets for bottom rail are installed at every 1.5 M.

Traversing Trolley

Traversing trolley which are electrically powered will traverse on the mono rail and will be operated by push button control in the gantry ladder. The trolleys will have guide wheels for holding on the mono rail tracks. This will have provision for fixing the gantry ladder.

Brackets

All the steel brackets are hot dip galvanized and fixed in such a way that it can facilitate leveled layout of monorail track for easy operation.

Wheel Unit

The Wheel Units are attached to the frame of the ladder wheel box and comprise a pivoted running gear for the ladder with flange fastened.

Corrosion Protection

All the structure and steel parts are hot dip galvanized. The Gantry Ladder painted in any RAL/NCS colour as required by Consultant/Client.

Control System

Two electric cabinet for operating the maintenance unit is installed on the ladder. Electric controls for all types of movements are dead man type press buttons. Every control elements is equipped with an emergency stop button and key operated switch. Control panels are installed in the ladder, length of cable is approx. 20mtrs. size 5x2.5mm² for max. movement of 25 mtrs.
