• Fry onions to golden brown (either cut to small pieces or grind) in small amount of oil
• Add garlic, ginger paste or crushed to onions and fry.
• Add 1 to 2 tbsp. of Garam Masala, Turmeric. Fry for one minute, add little water.
• Make sure the mixture does not burn.
• Add tomato puree or blended or small pieces.
• Keep on stirring for about 2 minutes.
• When flavor is released and oil separates and little water, make sure it does not burn. Add meat. Fish or vegetable. Let it cook on low flame until it turns tender; Garnish and serve.
