Liner
Supreme liner(bi-metal liner) for TEE triplex piston pump has zise from2-12" to 4". With alloysteel outer shell and over 27% chrome inner sleeve.
The bore hardness is60 to 65 RCwhile the hull has high tensile strength of more than 90000psi. Allhy-chromeliner are manufactured with an “HP” lip in case of inner sleeveslippage.
Theservice life of this liner is more than 800 hours undernormal drillingconditions. Eastland
’s hy-chrome liners are made for superiorperformance undertough corrosive and abrasive conditions.
