The main materials are PE and stainless steel. Inside and outside are PE layers, middle is steel layer. We use a special technology to bond the two plastic layers and steel layer seamless.

• Product Brief
The PE/STEEL/PE composite pressure pipe designed and manufactured by our company is a new kind of composite pipe with steel and plastic. Its nation specification is from Dn 20 to Dn 200mm. The structure of the PSP composite pressure pipe is five composite layers. By rolling and shaping, Steel pipe is made of steel strip, and then the steel pipe is through argon arc butt welding, so the middle layer steel pipe is formed. Inner and outside layer of the steel pipe is PE(PVC PE-X,PE-RT,PPR ). The PE layer and steel layer stick together by hot-melt adhesive. So this is the structure of the PSP pipe. The advantages of this five layers composite structure, it overcomes the disadvantages of steel pipe such as getting corrosion easily, pollution, heavy and short life time, and the disadvantages of plastic such as low strength, big swelling amount and distorting easily. Possess the common advantages of steel and plastic pipe as good performance of oxygen-separating, high rigidity and high strength and easy detecting of buried pipe. It can be applied in water supply engineering of building, petroleum, chemical industry, pharmacy, food, mining and gas etc fields. According to the application environment, PSP composite pressure pipe joints together by special fitting. There are inter expanding fittings,Falred fittings,and press-fitted type fittings.
