Contact SupplierThe main use for our zero-pressure gas valves is in condensing boiler applications for domestic heating systems in the low to medium output range. Our portfolio includes both pneumatically and electronically controlled gas valves for premixing and atmospheric gas burners.
The main use for our zero-pressure gas valves is in condensing boiler applications for domestic heating systems in the low to medium output range. Regardless of the suction pressure generated by the premixing blower, these gas valves always keep the offset pressure at zero and also compensate for pressure variations that arise in the supply network. The offset (shift in zero point) can be adjusted on the servo controller. At the same time, the desired gas quantity is adjusted using an integrated flow control element. Together these operations ensure precise adjustment of the air-gas ratio. Depending on the design, reference pressure can be connected to the servo controller if required.
