It helps soothe and tone the stomach and intestines and relieves acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders. It quickly relieves acid, indigestion, heartburn, stomach upset and nausea. It eases the discomforts of stomachache, constipation, gastritis, colitis and irritable bowel syndrome. COMPOSITION : Each 10 ml contains: Aq. extract from: Punica granatum (Anardana) 500 mg. Amomum subulatum (Elaichi Badi) 500 mg. Carum carvi (Kala Jira) 500 mg. Carica papaya (Papita) 500 mg. Foeniculum vulgare (Saunf) 500 mg. Citrus aurantifolia (Lemu) 200 mg. Zingiber officinale (Adrak) 200 mg. Menthol (Sat Pudina) 125 mg. Invert Sugar base q.s. Overeating is another red flag. Smaller meals at regular intervals are a better choice. Foods and beverages (including coffee, tea, soft drinks and tomato-based foods) that crank up acid in the stomach should be avoided or at least minimized if they are a problem for your stomach. Alcohol and also promote a sour stomach. When and how meals are eaten can be another cause of indigestion. It's important not to eat within two hours of going to bed.
