SuperFinish Seating Faces : High accuracy and superfinish by lapping of body ring and wedge seat faces, guarantee zero leak and reduce operational torque.

Deep Stuffing Box : Facilitates extra number of gland packings and ensures pressure tightness and long packing life, can be repacked while valve is back seated.

Spindle-Wedge : T-SLOT is housed in the wedge in such a manner to improve transmission efficiency of torque from spindle to wedge and ensure leak tightness. the solid flexible wedges fitted in Gate Valves are Cast Steel having 13% Chrome Welded seat facings, machined with exterme accuracy and finaly ground and lapped to a mirror finish to secure no-leak condition and to minimize the risk of galling.
