Gaulin Homogenizer 2 Stage 25CGB

Gaulin, Model 25CGB, two stage, homogenizer. Rated output capacity of 25 gallons per hour – depending on materials and application. Maximum operating pressure up to 6,500 psi. Equipped with poppet valve cylinders and standard style valve seat, manual homogenizing valve actuator assembly with a ¾" NPT style charge port, ½" NPT style discharge port and pressure gage up to 10,000 psi. Poppet valve head is ideally suited for low-viscosity, moderately abrasive products, like ice cream mixes and dairy products, vegetable oils, and silicone emulsions. Standard valve seat is used for most emulsion and dispersion applications.
