The need to provide geared motors suitable for use in wet and corrosive environments has led KIE-POWERDRIVE to design a new product range specific to these fields. These products use materials, surface treatments, components and mechanical process for the motor and gearbox to increase both resistance and reliability.

NMRV and NMRV POWER worm gear reducers currently represent the most advanced solution to market requirements in terms of efficiency and flexibility. The new NMRV Power series, also available as compact integral helical/worm option, has been designed with a view to modularity: low number of basic models can be applied to a wide range of power ratings guaranteeing top performance and reduction ratios from 5 to 1000

3. Available versions: fitted for motor coupling, with input shaft, with torque limiter

5. Cases up to 110 in die-cast aluminium alloy and over 130 in G200 grey cast iron

7. Max torque 1.550 Nm and admissible radial loads max 18.000 N
8. Aluminium units are supplied complete with synthetic oil and allow for universal mounting positions, with no need to modify lubricant quantity
