Product features:
1 The machine produces columnar gear, straight tooth, skew tooth, cylindrical gear and short splined spindle of more than eight teeth with high and stable work accuracy.
2 Capable of axial feed in clockwise or anti-clockwise milling..
3 The machine is controlled by both hydraulic pressure and electricity which adopts the PLC which is programmable. This leads to high security, low rate of malfunction and also is convenient to maintain.
4 Equipped with safe device and automatic lubrication system, and automatic turn-off..
5 The machine is simply and convenient adjusted and suitable for large number production as well as several pieces being operated by one person.
6 The Quality Dept. conducts pre-delivery/type inspections for final products as the Acceptance conditions for Gear Hobbing machines-Testing of the Accuracy, GB/T8064-1998 of product standards and inspection specifications
7 The finish machining will reach the level 7 in accordance with the Accuracy of Involute Cylindrical Gears, GB/T10095-2001
8 Painting, packing and transportation of the product shall be in conformity with the provisions of JB2536, or follow your requirement..
