Gear Greases

Greases VENOL EP 23 and VENOL EP 25 are used for lubrication of rolling and plain bearings and other friction surfaces operating at high, especially impact loads in the temperature range -30°C to 130°C. Greases VENOL EP 23 and EP 25 are recommended especially where there is a frequent change of direction of movement or a combination of low speeds and high loads, including constant velocity joints.
It is not recommended to use lubricants VENOL EP 23 and EP 25, the bearings of reduced radial clearance (C2) and lower than the reduced (C1) for all types of bearings and bearing speed.
Depending on the content of the disulphide of the molybdenum we are dividing EP greases on:
VENOL EP-23 grease up to the 3% of the disulphide of the molybdenum
VENOL EP-25 grease up to the 5% of the disulphide of the molybdenum
